Born in the small village of Bhangiya in Narmadapuram district, he grew up in a humble family where his love for music was inspired by his late father, Shri Gangaram Chauhan, who had a melodious voice but limited opportunities to pursue music professionally. Determined to fulfill his father’s unfinished dream, Tikaram Chauhan chose music as his life’s passion.
Despite financial challenges and limited access to formal education in music, he never gave up. To support his family, he worked in a private company in marketing, balancing a full-time job during the day and rigorous music practice at night. His determination led him to continue searching for music training, even when many institutions initially refused him due to his age.
Eventually, he found the opportunity to learn music at Maa Saraswati Sangeet Vidyalaya in Harda, affiliated with Prayagraj University. Under the guidance of his respected guru, Mukesh Kumar Savner Ji, he developed a deep understanding of sur, taal, and the finer aspects of music. His guru’s discipline, blessings, and mentorship became the strong foundation of his musical journey.
His success has also been strongly supported by his family. His wife and children have stood by him throughout his struggles and achievements, motivating him to continue pursuing his dreams.
After years of hard work and dedication, Tikaram Chauhan earned the opportunity to showcase his talent on the India’s Talent Fight TV Reality Show, a significant milestone in his career.
