ITF Poet Hemu Senthiya gwalior

Hemu Senthiya is an emerging poet from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India, whose journey reflects resilience, determination, and a deep passion for creative expression. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics (B.Sc.), along with professional qualifications including PGDCA and D.Ed., showcasing her strong academic background.
After completing her education, Hemu aspired to secure a government job and appeared for several competitive examinations. Although she reached the final stages in a few, she faced setbacks that deeply impacted her. Following her marriage and the birth of her daughter, she embraced a new chapter in life. She later secured a teaching position at Saraswati Shishu Temple, where she worked for two years before stepping away from her job.
During a challenging phase marked by anxiety, Hemu discovered poetry as a powerful medium of healing and self-expression. Writing became her strength, helping her overcome personal struggles and regain confidence. Her dedication to literature led to her poetry being selected for publication, and she became a co-author in books available on Amazon, including “Letter to the Moon” and “Glims N Glooms”.
Driven by her passion, Hemu participated in the renowned reality platform India’s Talent Fight by submitting her audition video through Instagram. With determination and faith, she successfully secured her selection and is now advancing to the next round of the competition.
Hemu credits her journey to the unwavering support of her mother, Rama Senthiya, and her close friend Julie Dubey, who stood by her during difficult times. Despite facing challenges in receiving support from extended family, she remained focused and committed to her dreams.
She is also proud to share this journey with her daughter, Alankriti Kankar, who is also a participant in India’s Talent Fight. Together, they represent a story of passion, perseverance, and family inspiration.
