Pragya Thakur was born and raised in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. From the age of five, she developed a passion for dance, often performing in front of mirrors and at local events. She 11th standard her schooling at Mount Litera Zee School, where she actively participated in cultural and stage performances. Pragya later trained in classical and contemporary dance at Saraswati Dance Academy, which she credits for helping her transform her natural rhythm and passion into refined artistic expression.
