Vaibhav Bhatia, known by his stage name Vainem, is an emerging rapper from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Inspired by rap legend Eminem, Vainem began his musical journey in 2020. His name draws influence from Eminem’s iconic track “Not Afraid,” symbolizing his fearless approach to music and life.
At just 15, Vainem’s passion for hip hop ignited while listening to rap with his brother, who once challenged him to try creating music himself. This spark led to his first track, “15 Years Old,” marking the birth of Vainem. He refined his lyrical skills by studying various artists and made his official debut on Spotify in 2022.
Despite societal doubts and family concerns about his unconventional path, Vainem stayed committed. Facing criticism like “padhai karo, kaam ayega,” he transformed the negativity into fuel for his ambition. Today, he stands as proof that hard work pays off.
With the release of his debut independent album and entry into India’s Talent Fight, Vainem is determined to conquer the stage and prove himself as a force in Indian hip hop.
