Currently a student in Class 11, she is emerging as one of the promising talents on the national stage as a contestant on the popular Indian TV reality show, India’s Talent Fight.
Born and raised in the scenic hill state known as the Abode of Clouds, Da o Hi Sutnga has nurtured her love for music for over 8 years. She began her musical journey by participating in local and state-level music competitions, including the Meghalaya Superstar State Level contest organized by the All Meghalaya Dancers Association. Her dedication and talent in singing have earned her recognition and a certificate of achievement from the association.
Her musical foundation was shaped under the mentorship of Sir Kitbok Thabah, who played a key role in guiding her artistic growth. Music is not just a performance art for Da o Hi; it is a way of life. Whether at home helping with daily chores like feeding the cattle or spending time in nature, she constantly expresses herself through singing and humming melodies.
