Laxmi Sengar is an aspiring Indian singer from Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, whose journey reflects resilience, hope, and the power of self-learning. Despite limited educational opportunities—having studied only up to the 4th grade due to challenging family circumstances—Laxmi never gave up on her childhood dream of becoming a singer.
With the unwavering support of her parents and later her husband, Laxmi reignited her musical passion after marriage. Living with her in-laws, she turned to YouTube as her learning platform, practicing singing at home whenever time allowed.
Her dedication paid off when she came across a reel of India’s Talent Fight. She submitted a raw, unedited video of her singing, and to her surprise and delight, was selected. Clearing three competitive rounds, she advanced to the semi-final stage—a significant milestone that has brought her one step closer to her dream.
Laxmi credits her entire family, especially her husband, for standing by her, and expresses deep gratitude to India’s Talent Fight for recognizing and encouraging her talent.
